Some things have CHANGED...PLEASE READ ON
This site will not be updated until planning for the 25th Year Class Reunion begins sometime in 2009. The next reunion is tenativly scheduled for the summer of 2011.
Until then, we have started an ElMolino86 MySpace Page and Group, so we can all keep in touch and communicate more securely than what could be provided on this site.
Go to: www.MySpace.Com/ElMolino86
If you're not familiar with MySpace, you need to check it out by following the link above to our page and then the Main MySpace page to learn more.
If you are already on MySpace please send us a Friend Request.
Ultimately, I'd like to see all Alumni on MySpace, even if it's only to participate in our El Molino 86 MySpace Page.
The advantage of MySpace is that it allows everyone to be able to create a custom profile with Blog and Photo space. It gives everyone a private internal email service to communicate with other MySpace members and offers control over who reads your information or emails you. ElMolino86's MySpace Profile and Group gives all of our Alumni with MySpace Pages a a central location to keep in touch. Best of all, there is little to no updating on anyone's part since 99% of the content is USER CREATED.
I encourage EVERYONE to join MySpace so they can be a part of this. I also encourage EVERYONE to find EVERYONE ELSE who's not a MySpace Member or a Friend of ElMolino86's MySpace Page and let them know about it.
I tried to balance making this site be all things for all people while keeping personal security and privacy in mind. Unfortunately, my web design skills are limited to straight HTML and whatever free scripts I can install and format. This meant a HUGE load of MANUAL updating, which is time consuming and teadious. When the new Message Board got hacked again and then crashed...I gave up...sorry.
I've got all of the info that's been sent to me via the website's forms. I've got your pictures. I've got your profile info...etc., etc., etc. Don't worry, they're safe and not going anywhere. Unfortunately, I don't plan on doing anything with them until the next Reunion is about a year away or so. It's just too much work.
